Augsburg University of Applied Sciences is a German university located in Augsburg. Founded in 1971, but its institutional roots as an art academy go back to 1670. With more than 6,000 students the Augsburg University of Applied Sciences is one of the largest institutions of its kind in Bavaria.

Special thanks to Julian Leupold, who organized the 360 VR Drone Workshop University of Applied Sciences Augsburg with and for us.

It was an interesting experience to hold this workshop with the students of the University of Applied Sciences Augsburg. After the young ladies and gentlemen were all from the subject, the workshop got down to business relatively quickly. For this reason, we were able to immerse ourselves in technical details and the first tests relatively quickly. We particularly enjoyed the Q & A with the professors and students. As you will notice, especially the questions from Prof. Dr. Michael Kipp. In conclusion – This showed us that there is a lot of interest in the topics. Above all very sobering and motivating, to find out, that the future of the media is partly in the hands of such motivated young people.

Julian is an Art Director Motion at Jung von Matt with a strong background in interaction design, innovative conception, interactive storytelling, motion design and film. Focused on the interface between interaction design and linear media.
