Porsche Leipzig GmbH (also: Porsche Werk Leipzig) is a 100 percent subsidiary of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG. The Leipzig factory produces the Porsche Panamera and Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo – two four-door sports sedans – and the Porsche Macan – a Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV).

Since 2018, the factory has also been producing the body of the new Bentley Continental GT; the Cayenne was also manufactured in Leipzig from 2002 to 2017.

Drone Project for Porsche Leipzig Weapon of Choice
Choose Your Weapon! Maybe you can see how the shreds have flown after a release 😉

All in all, the project was a complete success. Both the planning and the implementation went according to plan. Before we started the flight with our big drone, we took off with the small DJI Mavic Pro to fly around the area to simulate the actual shooting. Afterwards we took off with the big drone to the air. Except for a few gusts of wind, which we mastered skilfully, the flight with a payload of about 8 kilograms (360° camera) was almost perfect. This is the way it should always be. The Porsche team was extremely motivated and interested in our work. This resulted in a lively exchange of information and good cooperation. It is always nice to work with professionals. We are looking forward to further cooperation!

This Drone Project for Porsche Leipzig was developed in cooperation with RE’FLEKT GmbH. We are looking forward to further cooperation!
