Visiting Google Cloud Summit 2017

Visiting Google Cloud Summit 2017 – Today we went to our friends at Google. Really big this time were artificial intelligence and automated order processing.

Cloud computing is the on-demand availability of computer system resources, especially data storage (cloud storage) and computing power, without direct active management by the user. The term is generally used to describe data centers available to many users over the Internet. Large clouds, predominant today, often have functions distributed over multiple locations from central servers. If the connection to the user is relatively close, it may be designated an edge server.

We liked some use cases very much, especially since we have already realized similar projects. Not the less there was a lot of new things to discover. We also learned a lot when it comes to working in the cloud.

In addition to the event, we also exchanged information with several service providers and suppliers with whom we have already worked together.

It is always nice to see old friends again and meet new ones at the same time. We are already looking forward to the next Summit.

Say hello to Google Cloud Summit 2017
In addition to the conventional cloud solutions, there were also some interesting contributions about machine learning.

A usecase with chat bots scored relatively well at this event.
At first sight it looks like a mop… But this is about Computer Vision. And it works well quite well for us, too.
Of course, neural networks should not be missing.
